Our Brand Story

At Pima Prima®, softness is our craft – made to feel good, do good and live beyond trends.

  • Motto

Softness You Can Feel. Truth You Wear.

  • Mission

At Pima Prima®, we make true luxury accessible — crafting timeless T-shirts from 100% Peruvian ELS Pima cotton, the finest cotton on Earth. Each piece is designed to rest gently against your skin, offering effortless softness and long-lasting comfort — while quietly giving back to the planet through responsible production and reforestation.

  • Vision

To redefine everyday luxury — proving that the world’s finest cotton, crafted with integrity, can be part of everyone’s life. We envision a future where fashion is transparent, sustainable and quietly exceptional — where softness and truth become global standards.

  • Why We Exist

We exist to bring truth back into simplicity. Because what touches your skin should be pure, honest and kind — to you and to the Earth. We believe that real luxury doesn’t shout — it whispers.  And you can feel it in every thread.

It didn’t begin with a business plan.

It began with a pause — the kind that makes you stop, look closer and see what was always there.
In 2020, the world stopped. And so did we — in Peru. What was meant to be a short visit turned into a moment of immersion, reflection and calm rediscovery.
In those silent days, between empty streets and endless sky, we found something rare — the purest cotton, grown where the desert meets the ocean breeze.

Peruvian ELS Pima.

A fiber so soft and so true, it felt alive — not just against the skin, but within. We didn’t set out to build a fashion label.
We set out to understand why softness feels like truth. Why something simple — a T-shirt — could become extraordinary if made with consciousness, honesty and care.
From that realization, Pima Prima® was born — not out of ambition, but awareness. Every design begins with a single question: How can we make it more real? So we stripped everything down — labels, noise, excess — until only what mattered remained: 100% Peruvian Pima cotton, pure and enduring.

We built our color palette not from trends, but from nature — shades of sand, mist, olive, bone and sky. Colors that breathe, age gracefully and never shout.
And because nothing pure can exist without reciprocity, we made a peaceful promise to give back — one tree for every T-shirt. A circle of gratitude to the land that began it all.

For us, Pima Prima® is not fashion.

It’s a state of awareness — a slower, kinder way of creating. It’s about feeling calm in what you wear, knowing it was made with truth, fairness and respect. We believe real luxury doesn’t live in excess — it lives in honesty. It’s what happens when simplicity is done to perfection. It’s about feeling at ease in what you wear, knowing it was made with truth.

Pima Prima® — True Softness Begins with Truth.

About Pima Cotton
Who makes these clothes?
Every Pima Prima® garment is crafted in Lima, Peru in a highly specialized, vertically integrated factory dedicated to 100% Extra-Long Staple (ELS) Peruvian Pima cotton. This advanced facility manages the entire production cycle in-house—from knitting and dyeing the fabric to cutting, sewing  and final finishing. By keeping every stage under one roof, we reduce our carbon footprint, ensure exceptional quality control  and guarantee full traceability from fiber to finished garment. Our factory partners operate under strict ethical and environmental standards, providing safe working conditions and fair wages to all employees. Their deep expertise in Pima cotton, combined with years of precision work by skilled artisans, allows us to achieve the unmatched softness, durability and sustainability that define every Pima Prima® piece. We don’t outsource quality. We craft it—responsibly and entirely in Peru.

Without question. At Pima Prima®, we demand and ensure that every worker involved in producing our garments in Lima, Peru, is paid a fair living wage—not just minimum wage, but a wage that truly supports a decent standard of living.

We work exclusively with production partners who strictly adhere to ethical labor practices, guaranteeing safe working conditions, fair compensation, and respect for workers’ rights. Anything less is unacceptable.

This commitment is non-negotiable because respecting people is fundamental to who we are as a brand and essential to delivering truly sustainable fashion.

Yes. All Pima Prima® fabrics are made from 100% Extra-Long Staple (ELS) Peruvian Pima cotton, a natural, renewable fiber renowned for its exceptional quality and durability.

By choosing ELS Pima cotton—known for its longevity and biodegradability—we create garments that not only feel luxurious but also reduce waste and environmental impact over their lifetime.

At Pima Prima® sustainability starts at the fiber and extends through every step of production to ensure your clothing is as kind to the planet as it is to your skin.

At Pima Prima® we don’t follow fast fashion or seasonal trends. We make timeless, classic pieces that are meant to stick around for years.

So if some items don’t sell right away, that’s totally okay—they’re just waiting for the right person to find them.
We believe good quality and style never really go out of fashion and our clothes are made to last.
No rush, no pressure—just great clothes ready to be worn and loved whenever you’re ready.

Does the company dump them in a landfill so they can’t be resold and instead kill our planet faster?

Absolutely not. At Pima Prima®, we take our responsibility to the planet seriously. We do not dump unsold clothes in landfills or destroy them.

Because our pieces are timeless and built to last, unsold items remain part of our collection—ready to be loved and worn whenever the right person finds them.

We’re committed to reducing waste and minimizing our environmental impact every step of the way. Throwing away good-quality clothing simply isn’t part of our philosophy.
